Our prime location offers an easily accessible place for locals and tourists to visit. With the variety of ages that roam the streets of downtown Hinsdale, you will be sure to find people of all ages enjoying a bowl or smoothie in our shop!

We are also only a block away from Hinsdale Middle School so on half-days and after-school hours you will be sure to see students studying in groups or individually while enjoying a healthy treat.

The opening of this location was strategically placed in close proximity to the Hinsdale Metro Station so that daily commuters can stop in for a quick breakfast before catching their train!

Although we get customers from all over, since we are located in downtown Hinsdale, most of our regulars come from town! 38% of our buyers in 2017 were between the ages of 12-17 and within that 38%, 22% were females.

The average annual income of Hinsdale families is approximately $255,000 per year. Since our company appeals to a high-income area, we donate 5% of our proceeds to a charity for health in children's schools.

Walking into Acai U you might notice that most customers are either by themselves or in a group with no more than three people. Our peaceful environment allows people to be productive in a "tranquil" place, although some prefer to dine with a friend to either catch up or work collaboratively.

Hinsdale is highly populated and because of our prime location, people are constantly walking and driving by our shop. On average, about 500 vehicles drive down S. Washington street daily. So have patience!:)
