Acai U cashiers must have experience in sales or retail and be at least 16 years old. They must be familiar with iPad and cash register use. They must have strong communication,customer service skills, and enjoy working in a busy location. Must have good time management skills and be customer satisfaction oriented.

Cook: $11/hr

Cooks need experience in other cooking positions or sales and be at least 16 years old.Acai U cooks are responsible for preparing smoothies, acai bowls, and wellness shots. They must have basic cooking skills and must be familiar with blender and juicer use. They must be productive and produce products in a timely fashion. They must pay attention to detail and be precise when making our products. They need to learn the recipes for the smoothies by memory to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manager: $20/hr

The Manager needs experience in retail or sales and must have a college degree. The manager needs to ensure customers get the experience that Acai U strives for. They must create a welcoming atmosphere and make sure customers get what they want. They need to make sure products are produced in a timely fashion. They must pick out relaxing music and diffuse different oils for aromatherapy every morning and select recipes for smoothies of the day, and open up windows for natural light.

Janitor: $11/hr

The Janitors of Acai U must have experience in cleaning services. They must have knowledge of how to use vacuums, mops, and cleaning supplies. They must ensure Acai U stays clean and fresh to maintain its aesthetic. They must be hard working and make sure that everything is spotless.
